Meaning-Centered Counseling for Individuals
Welcome!
Thank you for visiting my website!
Are you unhappy with the path that you are on? Have you lost track of who you are or who you would like to become? Are you feeling disconnected from yourself and the people in your life? Are you struggling with addiction or other self-defeating behaviors? If so, meaning-centered counseling may be right for you.
People often seek counseling for a variety of reasons including overcoming painful life experiences, improving relationships, and managing the stress of every day life. It is natural to feel depressed, anxious, or unsure at times. You do not need a special vocabulary, diagnosis, or to be in a crisis to benefit from counseling. Seeing a counselor is not a sign of weakness, but rather a mark of character showing your desire to thrive in your life.
In the midst of life struggles, it can be hard to believe that you have what it takes to get more satisfaction out of your life. Counseling is an opportunity to make meaning out of life's challenges, to find purpose, and to live in a more intentional and satisfying way.
I invite you to use the links on the left to explore the services and information that I offer. It is my hope that these pages will introduce you to my practice, and that you will contact me if you have any questions or would like to consider counseling with me.
